About the Geograph style

Allow me to introduce the Geograph project. There's some more about it at Wikipedia. The idea is to take a photo of every 1km x 1km grid square in the UK, and put them all on a website.

As you can probably guess, that's a lot of photos. Last time I looked at their statistics page, it was 242,000 photos. When you have that many photographers working together, there's bound to be a lot of good photos

On the Geograph forums, there's a Geograph of the Week competition going on, to find some of the best photos. Take a look, there's a lot of nice photography there, and pics are being added at about 450 per day

I've picked a few of the best photos from that competition, and designed a stylesheet to display them as part of the website. They should get updated daily, so hopefully the images get cached in various places and don't slow things down too much.
